Miguel A. Melendez

Miguel Melendez is a Contributing Writer at Men's Journal and Senior Editor at Yahoo Sports. He was previously a Senior Writer at Entertainment Tonight and a Writer/Producer for almost six years at TMZ. Before covering entertainment news, Miguel spent 16 years as a sports journalist at CBS Sports, USA TODAY, FOX Sports, NFL Network, Los Angeles Daily News, and The Orange County Register.


Miguel serves on the Board of Directors at LAs BEST, a non-profit after-school enrichment program benefiting more than 25,000 children in Los Angeles. He's also a member of CCNMA: Latino Journalists of California and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
